1. Product Description & Variations
Our paint, plasters, furnishings, and decorative art pieces are handcrafted, resulting in natural variations in texture, tone, and composition. Imagery on our website and samples are representations only.
"Colors, finishes, and patterns may vary slightly from those displayed online or in samples. These variations are a hallmark of Segreto’s artisanal work and are not considered defects."
2. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy
Due to the made to order nature of our work, all purchases are considered final.
"Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded after production begins. Please verify all design details and dimensions before confirming your order."
3. Pricing, Accuracy & Order Corrections
We strive to maintain accurate product listings and pricing at all times.
"Segreto reserves the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Orders placed with incorrect pricing or information may be adjusted or canceled. Prices are subject to change without notice unless guaranteed by a formal quote, which remains valid for 30 days."
4. Production Lead Times & Storage
Estimated lead times vary based on the scope and customization level.
"Custom orders typically require 6–12 weeks, but timelines may shift due to materials or project complexity. Upon delivery, all products must be stored in a clean, dry, temperature controlled environment. Segreto is not responsible for damage caused by poor storage conditions."
5. Installation & Site Conditions
Clients must ensure that installation environments are prepared and accessible.
"Segreto is not liable for delays or damages resulting from unprepared job sites, faulty construction, or existing conditions (e.g., poor drywall, unsealed surfaces, or exposed wiring). All finishes and fixtures must be installed by licensed professionals. Improper installation voids all warranties."
6. Returns, Warranty & Care
We do not accept returns on custom items.
"A one year limited warranty covers craftsmanship and material defects under normal indoor conditions. This excludes wear from environmental exposure, misuse, improper cleaning, or unauthorized repairs. Maintenance instructions must be followed to preserve product longevity."
7. Shipping, Damage & Delivery
All shipments require inspection upon arrival.
"Inspect your order within 3 business days. Report any damage to Segreto with supporting photos and retain all packaging for claim processing. We are not responsible for damage reported after this window or for carrier related delays."
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and materials are the property of Segreto.
"Images, designs, renderings, text, and branding elements may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. No rights are transferred when content is shared or downloaded. All rights reserved."
9. Liability & Limitations
We are not liable for incidental damages.
"Segreto is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products. Maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price."
