Custom orders include, with deposit: a shop drawing for approval and color sample.

A 75% deposit is required to begin. Final payment is due before delivery. All custom sales are final after production begins. Please allow 12-16 weeks from approval for completion.

Made to order pieces over 80 pounds must be picked up at our showroom. Each piece will be carefully wrapped and protected for collection.

Clients may request a courtesy shipping quote prior to purchase. All shipping arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the client. Once finalized, the selected shipping or delivery company will collect the piece directly from our Houston showroom.

If a custom piece is created, Segreto’s finishes and materials are handcrafted, and natural variations in color, movement, and sheen—up to 15%—are considered standard. These variations are an inherent part of the artistry, making each piece one of a kind.

SegretoStone® Lime Plaster Care Instructions
• Use a damp, soft cloth. For tougher stains, use natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyers® or AquaMix® Marble, Travertine, Limestone & Slate Cleaner & Re-Sealer. Avoid harsh chemicals, which can damage the sealer and cause staining. For stubborn spots, gently use a damp Magic Eraser, follow with a natural cleaner, rinse, and dry. Use placemats and avoid dragging heavy objects.
• Do not place porous planters or water-holding items directly on the surface for extended periods. In outdoor covered areas, humidity may create a natural patina over time.
