Custom orders include, with deposit: a shop drawing for approval and color sample.

A 75% deposit is required to begin. Final payment is due before delivery. All custom sales are final after production begins. Please allow 12-16 weeks from approval for completion.

Pieces over 80 pounds must be picked up at our showroom. Each piece will be carefully wrapped and protected for collection.

Clients may request a courtesy shipping quote prior to purchase. All shipping arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the client. Once finalized, the selected shipping or delivery company will collect the piece directly from our Houston showroom.

If a custom piece is created, Segreto’s finishes and materials are handcrafted, and natural variations in color, movement, and sheen—up to 15%—are considered standard. These variations are an inherent part of the artistry, making each piece one of a kind.

Dust gently with a soft cloth. For stains, wipe with a damp cloth and a mild cleaner such as Mrs. Meyers® or AquaMix® Stone Cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, standing moisture, and dragging heavy objects across the surface. For stubborn marks, use a damp magic eraser followed by a gentle cleaner; rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place porous or water retaining objects directly on the surface. Suitable for indoor use or covered patios only. Humidity may create natural patina over time.
