Custom orders include, with deposit: a shop drawing for approval and color sample.

A 75% deposit is required to begin. Final payment is due before delivery. All custom sales are final after production begins. Please allow 12-16 weeks from approval for completion.

If a custom piece is created, Segreto’s finishes and materials are handcrafted, and natural variations in color, movement, and sheen—up to 15%—are considered standard. These variations are an inherent part of the artistry, making each piece one of a kind.

Dust or wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, which may damage the sealer and cause staining. Suitable for both interior and exterior use

Each piece is cast in concrete and enriched with natural pigments for depth and nuance.
