Custom orders include, with deposit: a shop drawing for approval and color sample.

A 75% deposit is required to begin. Final payment is due before delivery. All custom sales are final after production begins. Please allow 12-16 weeks from approval for completion.

If a custom piece is created, Segreto’s finishes and materials are handcrafted, and natural variations in color, movement, and sheen—up to 15%—are considered standard. These variations are an inherent part of the artistry, making each piece one of a kind.

Dust or use a damp soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the sealer and cause stains. Good for interior or exterior use.

Cast concrete tinted base with natural aggregate, finished in a soft limewash that enhances its organic character and sculptural presence.
